This page is updated quarterly. Quarters are aspirational. We'd rather ship later and be honest than promise dates we miss.

Active (this quarter)

• Native iOS app + push notifications. Lock-screen approve/deny. Private beta now; public release this quarter.
• SSO (SAML / OIDC) and SCIM provisioning. Required for several enterprise pilots. Private beta now.
• Public Helm chart for control-plane self-host. Currently manual; chart in review.
• Mid-quarter: workspace-schema npm package. Ship @viewportai/workspace-schema so external tooling can validate .viewport/*.yaml independently of the daemon.

Next quarter

• Customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) for vault encryption.
• Org-bound API tokens that don't require explicit X-Viewport-Organization per request.
• Cross-org workflow export/import for sharing templates between orgs.
• Audit log streaming (Splunk HEC, Datadog Logs, S3 with KMS).

Deferred

• HSM/TPM-backed daemon keys. Designed. Waiting on customer demand to prioritize.
• Schema-per-tenant DB isolation. Enterprise-only ask. We'll build when contractually needed.
• Air-gapped daemon operation. Local-only mode without any relay connectivity. On the list, not active.
• Native Android app. iOS first.
• Public plugin SDK for bringing your own agent. Adapter shape is stable; SDK packaging is the work.

We weight roadmap by:

• Pilot customer commitments (50%).
• Inbound demand we can attribute to specific features (30%).
• Engineering quality / debt (20%).

If something here matters to your team, tell us. We genuinely re-prioritize based on customer voice. Small things move fast, big things move when we know we'll have at least 3 design partners.
